PAGEANT DATE: August 15th, 2026 at 4 pm

We are a part of the WV Fairs & Festivals Association and will be sending a queen to the 2027 WVAFF Pageant & Convention.
Bridge Day & Oak Leaf prides itself on being a big part of Oak Hill and Fayetteville communities. If you feel like this is an organization that you would like to be a part of, please fill out our pageant application. 

Queens' Pageant:

Teen: (ages 13-15) - $125 
Queen: (ages 16-21) - $125 
Ms. (ages 18 and above) - $125 
Mrs. (ages 18 and above and married) - $125

***All divisions are open statewide to residents in West Virginia only.
***Contestants shall not represent another 2026 title, WVAFF affiliated or otherwise (without consulting and getting permission from the directors, Wendi and Cat, first), during the time of our pageant as well as during the entirety of the reign for those who become titleholders. Please be respectful and honor this rule.

Rules and Information:

• The entry fees are non-refundable* Unless the pageant is canceled for any reason OR you win another West Virginia Association of Fairs and Festivals title before the Bridge Day/Oak Leaf Pageant.

• All Bridge Day/Oak Leaf Royalty CANNOT compete nor be given another title until after the 2027 West Virginia Association of Fairs and Festivals Pageant and Convention.

• Contestants CANNOT hold another 2027 title that is WV Association of Fairs and Festivals or otherwise (without consulting and getting permission from the director first).

• Must be born a female (Miss, Teen, Ms., Mrs.).

• Never have born a child (Miss, Teen).

• Must never have been married (Miss, Teen).

• (Ms.) contestants can be single or divorced, and/or have had a child.

• (Miss) contestants cannot reach their 22nd birthday by January 1st, 2027.

 

~~The following events are a part of the Bridge Day/Oak Leaf Royalty appearance schedule throughout the year.

• Oak Leaf Festival - Aug. 31st - Sept. 6th

  • Oak Leaf Queens need to attend all week. Bridge Day Queens need to attend on Saturday, Sept. 5th.

• Oak Leaf Christmas Bazaar - Nov. 7th 

  • All Oak Leaf Queens Required 

• Oak Leaf Christmas Parade - Dec. 5th 

  • All Oak Leaf Queens Required

• Bridge Day - Oct. 16th & 17th 

  • Bridge Day Queens required both days. Oak Leaf Queens required on Sept. 17th.

• Fayetteville's Veterans Day Parade - Nov. 11

  • Bridge Day Queens Required

On Stage Question - 1 bio & 1 fish bowl
Photogenic & Congeniality will be awarded.

 

PAGEANT DAY SCHEDULE:

12 pm - Registration

1-1:30 pm - Rehearsal

2 pm - Interview

3:40 pm - Line Up for Pageant

4:00 pm - Pageant Starts
